Cannabis Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 3 ounces softened cannabutter
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2½ tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk

Frosting:
- 3 tablespoons of softened butter
- 2 squars ( 2 ounces ) chocolate semi-sweet
- 2 ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ⅓ cup hot milk
Directions:
Preheat your over to 375°F. Cream butters together, Add sugar gradually, creaming continually. Beat in 1 egg and add vanilla.
in another bowl - Mix and sift flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt. Add to first mixture alternately with milk.
Pour batter into the muffin cups until each is about two-thirds full and then bake for 20-25 minutes, until a tooth pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
To make the icing, combine butter and in top of double boiler. cook over boiling water until melted.
Combine sifted confectioners’ sugar with vanilla and hot milk and blend well.
Add melted chocolate and beat until smooth and thick, if needed - add a little confectioners’ sugar at a time to thicken.
