Cannabis Granola Crunch Bars

These Cannabis Granola Bars are a great treat, So sit back and enjoy a healthy sweet treat.


  • 2 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats.
  • ½ cup nuts - chopped.
  • ¼ cup honey.
  • ¼ cup cannabutter.
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  • Add (about 1/4 cup of 2 0r 3 different ingredients: dried fruits, coconut, chocolate chips, etc.)
  • Dip bottom half in melted cannabis chocolate for a special treat.


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the oats and nuts on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly toasted.

In a small saucepan add the honey, cannabutter, and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.

Place toasted nuts and oats in a medium bowl and pour ( while still warm) your sugar mixture over the oats and nuts. Mix well, combine any extra ingredients (except chocolate) and stir to combine. Make sure none of the oats are dry.

If you are adding chocolate, wait about 15 to 20 minutes to cool before adding, then stir to combine.

Place mixture on a baking sheet line with foil and lightly sprayed with cooking oil. Press down and flatten mixture ( use a greased spoon or a flat object to prevent sticking ). Chill the granola bars for 1 - 2 hours. Lift the bars from the pan using the edges of the foil or parchment and place them on a cutting board. Cut into desired shape/sizes and serve.


Store in the fridge or freezer. Wrap them in parchment paper or plastic wrap before putting them in a container so not to stick together.
